That's what I used there. Also, if you want free, there's Jing Pro (well, sort of free). For a Mac, I keep reading about Screenflow. For something absolutely free, I believe Camstudio is available, but it won't play in Firefox. Camtasia Studio is really worth it. Did you try the lite version? That’s what I used there.
