It would be nice to have a similar service here in Canada. Anonymous rating is the way to go, obviously there is a risk of abusing the system but my guess is that would represent such a low percentage that it won’t matter.

I speak for all doctors when I say ratings will be bias. I would love a rating system which reflected a doctors abilities. However, most ratings systems would not be effective because only a patient with a very negative experience will be motivated enough to use these systems.

Re a rating service for doctors, I think that would be awesome. I can’t believe there isn’t one already. These online rating services are like consumer reports written by the masses.

It’s another up and coming ratings site for a variety of businesses and services.

I would like to see a ratings service for doctors.
When I moved to Atlanta, I had a hard time finding a doctor that I liked and respected. A good physician can make a big difference and most of us don’t have the time or the money to “shop around” for a doctor.
