I haven't set up her blog with the Subscribe to Comments plugin yet.

Thanks for staying aware of my blog, Jane. I've been busy trying to finish a work project, but then I'll post more, including family thoughts.

Back to comments, I still prefer them below the post because they not only gather more keywords for the blog, but also provide more interest to the readers. You can read the post and everyone's thoughts on the post, and people can respond to each other as well.

sally asked me if there was a way to respond to comments today. (i told her by email or comment back -- i still think the email response might be better, but i don't know if you set her blog to automatically subscribe commenters to the comment feed. you should do a poll on your blog about which method of response commenters prefer).

smart kid!

when are you going to write some more of these intelligent, fascinating posts?

I have totally forgotten about this. You'll have to remind me. What was that, ten years ago or something? :) Oh wait, it's coming back to me. Now I remember the extra element of communication.

do you remember you sent me something about the 13 ways to communicate? this was back when we were dating and were so excited to explore the element of communication we would add on our wedding day (being good little Mormons).

do blogs fall into one of those categories, or is this a new way to communicate? my love.

That is great! I agree, blogging is a good avenue to develop writing and thinking skills.
