		<description>I have been attempting to drop some weight for years.  It&#039;s all the time an up and down battle.  I take twosteps forward and 4 backwards.  I by no means appear to make much progress.  I&#039;ll begin a diet, do well for awhile, then return to my previous habits.  I do it time and time again.  Nicely, I am pleased to say that due to sites like yours I been able to lose 47 kilos to date!  You articles hold me motivated.  On a regular basis I attempt to read on one thing new to maintain my excitement and keep going forward.  Thank you!</description>
