		<description>I think where you write &#039;blog&#039; you could also write &#039;wiki&#039;. I introduced a wiki where I work internally - which includes a blog facility that the CEO now uses - and now we port part of the wiki to an external &#039;support center&#039; for customers and partners. We do all 6 things you list, but also achieved your &#039;dream&#039; - you can use the wiki instead of the online help (most of the documentation is ported), but going another step further, we wrote some code so you can also do context-sensitive searches on highlighted words in our proprietary programming language (think if it as a sort of dynamic context-sensitive help system). 

Now I&#039;m working on integrating automatically-generated wiki pages into the application generation process.</description>
