I might to agree that due to demarcation of responsibilities, people tend to take them too seriously. We as a team should never forget that our main goal is to make the system user friendly. I think a writer should be one person who should have access to every resource related to the project.

Without this, the product can never be considered a 100 % complete project.</description>

However, they are stakeholders, and quite important stakeholders. Why I make this distinction is that the paying clients consider their perspectives most important because they are writing the cheques. As soon as you broaden the parameters to stakeholders, then that changes the game, and profoundly.</description>
