I would add that one should be careful not to do as Microsoft does in their &quot;help&quot; documentation and tell the user &quot;You can...&quot; without telling the user &quot;Here&#039;s how you can...&quot;.  One should be quite explicit and literal, e.g. &quot;Under the &#039;Statistics&#039; menu select &#039;Basic Statistics&#039; and from the resulting menu select &#039;ANOVA&#039; ...&quot; instead of saying &quot;You can perform analysis of variance on a dataset...&quot;.

Don&#039;t tell me what I CAN do.  The sales literature should have told me that.  I have already bought the damned thing.  Tell me HOW to make it WORK.

Good article, and the podcasts are extremely helpful.  Keep up the good work, and thank you.</description>
