That is a good idea. I use windows live writer and it has a neat plugin that automatically tweets every time I write a new post or update a post on my blog.

i think this is a great way to get your word out, twitter never ceases to amaze me, but i hope it can change to meet its growing demands. I agree that you should keep several different ways of reaching readers. nice post.

I joined Twitterfeed a couple of weeks ago. It’s cool seeing my new podcast episode/blog posts show up when they “go live”. As a bonus, it saves me from having to remember to Tweet the manually.
