Very well written, I actually fell asleep reading it last night in bed (it was late, I was using my phone..) and the first thing I did this morning is to walk to my computer and read back to where I stopped.

What you said there is precious: “I didn’t ask. I just did it.” I think I will try this one out myself. As a matter of fact, a lot about social interaction can be summed this way, and as a shy person who ‘suffered’ from shyness, it’s a good attitude to have.
