Akismet 2.2.1 Matt Mullenweg Controls comment spam by blacklisting spammers’ IP addresses in a central Akismet database. This plugin is included by default in installation — just activate it. You need a WordPress.com API key to use it. You can review the spam it catches under the Comments tab. See image.
All in One SEO Pack 1.4.6.15 Michael Torbert Increases search engine optimization of your posts. By default, your post titles are preceded by your blog’s title. This plugin puts your post title first, which increases Google rankings. It also allows you to add meta keywords to posts. See image.
Audio player 1.2.3 Martin Laine Embeds an MP3 audio player in posts. Works well as an alternative to PodPress. I would recommend PopPress as your primary audio player b/c it syncs with iTunes, but recent versions of PodPress killed my feed, so I switched to this more basic player from One Pixel Out. Better Comments Manager 1.5.1 Keith Dsouza Better Comments manager allows you to view your comments post wise, it also allows you to reply to your comments from within admin panel without you having to visit the site to respond to comments

Related Posts 2.02 Alexander Malov & Mike Lu Shows readers posts related to your current post. Matching keywords in the title are used to relate the posts. When those keywords don’t match, the plugin uses some other matching algorithm that at times defies logic. Still, at least it automates Related Posts. Other plugins require manual tagging. See image.
