# Upcoming presentation to Sacramento STC Chapter on Jan 16

[![Sacramento STC chapter presentation](https://s3.us-west-1.wasabisys.com/idbwmedia.com/images/stc.png)](http://www.stcsacramento.org/calendar.html)

I'm presenting to the [Sacramento STC chapter on January 16,](http://www.stcsacramento.org/calendar.html) 2014. It's a similar presentation I've given to the [Berkeley](https://idratherbewriting.com/2014/01/08/recording-of-stc-berkeley-presentation-on-why-users-cant-find-answers-in-help/) and [Silicon Valley chapters](https://idratherbewriting.com/2013/10/23/recording-and-slides-for-why-users-cant-find-answers-in-help-presentation-to-stc-silicon-valley/). You can view past recordings, slides, and other resources [here](https://idratherbewriting.com/2013/10/23/recording-and-slides-for-why-users-cant-find-answers-in-help-presentation-to-stc-silicon-valley/).

Now that this is the third presentation, though, I have changed this presentation a bit. I'm really reworking the first point about information fragmentation. I sort of took a lot of heat at the Berkeley chapter for my preference for long topics. I know the right way to approach this point now.

I'm also expanding the SEO part of the presentation. I have a lot to say about [duplicate content online](https://idratherbewriting.com/2013/12/16/seo-duplicate-content-and-single-sourcing/), etc.

Anyway, if you're in Sacramento on Jan 16, come check out my presentation.
