This presentation was similar to [other presentations I gave on the same topic](https://idratherbewriting.com/2013/10/23/recording-and-slides-for-why-users-cant-find-answers-in-help-presentation-to-stc-silicon-valley/). However, since the presentation is highly interactive, the discussion varies quite a bit from presentation to presentation.

Note that there may be gaps of periodic silence during the presentation where someone is making a comment. The audience was pretty small (maybe 14 people?), so if you listen carefully, you can probably hear the comments. If not, I usually try to summarize what the commenter is saying.
