PDF and eBook formats
You can read this content in several alternative formats:
– PDF (last-generated: 2022-02-08) ~ 900 pages
– Kindle (MOBI) (last-generated: 2022-02-08) ~250 MB
– EPUB (last-generated: 2022-02-08) ~150 MB
I periodically regenerate these formats, so the content should more or less be the same across web, PDF, Kindle, and EPUB.
In the future, I plan to break this content up into smaller outputs. For now, though, the PDF and eBooks are massive in length.
To read the content as PDF, I recommended that you either read the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (or similar) so that you can highlight and annotate the content, or that you print only specific sections at a time, defining the page ranges. Otherwise, this 900+ page PDF will consume an entire tree.
